教授又问

几乎所有的学生都七嘴八舌的说了一堆
但是没有一个答案是让教授满意的

最后教授解释说：
“当两个人在生气的时候
心的距离是很远的
而为了掩盖当中的距离使对方能够听见
于是必须用喊的
但是在喊的同时人会更生气
更生气距离就更远
距离更远就又要喊更大声……”

教授接着继续说：
“而当两个人在相恋时会怎么样呢?
情况刚好相反
不但不会用喊的
而且说话都很轻声细语
为什么?
因为他们的心很接近
心与心之间几乎没有距离
所以相恋中的两个人通常是耳语式的说话
但是心中的爱因而更深
到后来根本不需要言语
只用眼神就可以传情

最后教授做了一个结论：
“当两个人争吵时
不要让心的距离变远
更不要说些让心距离更远的话
自然的过了几天

1. 额头长痘

---原因：压力大，脾气差，造成心火和血液循环有问题。

---改善：早睡早起，多喝水。

2. 双眉间长痘

---原因：胸闷，心律不整，心悸。

---改善：不要做太过激烈的运动，避免烟、酒、辛辣食品。

3. 鼻头长痘

---原因：胃火过盛，消化系统异常。

---改善：少吃冰冷食物。

4. 鼻翼长痘

---原因：与卵巢机能或生殖系统有关。

---改善：不要过度纵欲或禁欲，多到户外呼吸新鲜空气。

5. 右边脸颊长痘

---原因：肺功能失常。

---改善：注意保养呼吸道，尽量避免芒果、芋头、海鲜等易过敏的食物。

6. 左边脸颊长痘

---原因：肝功能不顺畅，有热毒。

---改善：作息正常，保持心情愉快，该吹冷空气就吹，不要让身体处在闷热的环境中。

7.唇周边长痘

---原因：便秘导致体内毒素累积，或是使用含氟过量的牙膏。

除祛痘的15个良好习惯

1. 每天八杯水。清早没有进食前一定要喝一大杯水，可以清肠胃。【相信很多美眉们是知道的,问题是做不做得到】

2. 每天一便。坚持养好良好习惯，排毒，必要时可吃香蕉调理一下。

3. 切忌熬夜。熬夜是美肌的最大天敌。

4. 洗面的时候，要彻底洗净，不要有残留的化妆品

5. 少玩电脑，手机不可以开机放床头，有辐射，对皮肤影响厉害。

13. 用维生素E涂痘印，坚持涂痘，印子会逐渐变淡。

14. 多喝些花茶，可以美容皮肤。

15. 有痘的人睡觉一定要把流海给夹起来。这样不易造成前额生疮，也不会令生疮．去除痤疮疤痕把姜切片，临睡前用手指压在疤痕处15分钟，第二天早上再洗掉，连续一周，你会发现这个方法对付痤疮疤痕非常有效。

熬夜也要有技巧，才能依然身体硬朗，否则，铁打的身体~
也受不了如此的日夜操劳噢～
因此，想要熬夜，千万记住：

１：不要吃泡面来填饱肚子，以免火气太大，最好尽量以水果、面包、清粥小菜来充饥。

２：开始熬夜前，来一颗维他命ｂ群营养丸，维他命ｂ能够解除疲劳，增强人体免疫力。

３：提神饮料，最好以绿茶为主，可以提神，又可以消除体内多余的自由基，让您神清气爽；但是肠不好的人，最好改喝枸杞子泡热水的茶，可以解压，还可以明目呢！

４：熬夜前千万记得卸妆，或是先把脸洗干净，以免厚厚的粉层或油渍，在熬夜的煎熬下长满脸痘痘。

５：熬夜之后，第二天中午时千万记得打个小盹。

生理时钟，一般而言熬夜是不容易补救的，补救的原则还是建议您改回原来的睡眠时间，尤其是熬夜会使生理时钟发生问题，此时要改回原先的睡觉时间会较难，可建议您不论前一晚多晚睡，次日一定同一时间起床（如设定７点起床），白天想睡时不可卧床大睡，仅能趴着小睡如此便能逐渐将入睡时间提早。

生理时钟说明

00：00～01：00 浅眠期多梦而敏感，身体不适者易在此时痛醒。

01：00～02：00 排毒期此时肝脏为排除毒素而活动旺盛，应让身体进入睡眠状态，让肝脏得以完成代谢废物。

02：00～03：00 休眠期重症病人最易发病的时刻，常有患病者在此时死亡，熬夜最好勿超过这个时间。

09：00～11：00 精华期此时为注意力及记忆力最好，且工作与学习的最佳时段。

12：00～13：00 午休期
14：00～15：00 高峰期是分析力和创造力得以发挥淋漓的极致时段！

16：00～17：00 低潮期体力耗弱的阶段，最好补充水果来解馋，避免因饥饿而贪食致肥胖。

went to asia pac yesterday to repair my laptop..but sad to say there was no stock... in the evening i received a call from the engineer telling me to go 2day as the stock was delivery yesterday nite.. so went back 2day...was rather fast just need 1 hr to change a LCD.. while waiting lots and lots of memory flash thr my mind... really miss the period i had there... although i was rather quite but still have the fun there..still remember that they was rushing me to go for lunch as i was going later and later and later... haha... eating together with them, staying OT with them, packing lots and lots component and entering all the detail to the system... it might seem to be bored,but im a bored person rite.. i mean i rather like it.. cos u do not need to do much just need to key the detail in and that all... i really thks the lecturer by selecting me to go for the attachment.. if he didnt select me i wont have this memory... i wont have any chance to know more abt a company.. and also i love the motto of the company... Recently is very busy with the FMO... Went back to sch last 2 week for training... Yesterday everything had ended... All the hard work we put in came to a success! Although we might have alot of conflict but we did manage to solve all the problem we had found... Although we had to rehearsal this and that for times（until very late） but at the very end still worth it rite and i believe everyone would agreed with me... NYP SIT is really a big family...

Day 1
Have to report early in the morning at 7.30... I was assign with Anna and sky taking care of EI1004. The very 1st task we did ushering the freshmen to registration. After everyone gt in we were inside the auditorium listening to all those talk abt NYP. Then to meet the mentor and have a chitchat session with the mentor. After that we have our lunch... Lastly of cos not forgetting the most important part which is ice breaking games.. As everyone know that im shy but i did manage to break the ice with them...

Day 2
Early morning we went to library for tour(freshies complain very sian) after that we have PC Hand on(having lots of problem which i really cant solve..)then having all the talk again until 2+ then we have our lunch..lastly we have station game which the freshies seem to like it alot.. so the credit goes to the games department...

Day 3
Actually should began with station game but we need to settle the shirt and the goodies bag so everything is being delay..For lunch they have mac, but lol no drink. so i have decided to buy them a bottle of drink and they really surprise abt that..after that have finale which was rather messy which i cant control.. but think the OGL enjoy much more then the freshies haha...A small debrief with our own class,but i really have nth to say so i made my debrief very short and they were dismiss(sad to say forgot to take photo with them, didnt take even a single photo)

As for debrief we have serious discussion then the exco and the dip ic prank on jun hao as his birthday was the next day which is today..they was scolding him as he dip went for the wrong routing and crash with other dip so they make use of this pt and shoot him i was also very shock that shafi started the scolding(as what i know he wouldn't scold so badly) but after that we then know is was a surprise for him and actually the scene is very touching... And last but not least i really enjoy having the fun with u guy...AND EI1004 u are great!

Came back on Monday midnight about 4am... was very fun during the day over there... able to work with them was a big surprise for me... although didn't sleep much over there but still able to manage to have fun haha...

The first thing when I'm back is to on my com(do someone homework)haha... then went to sleep at 5+... wake up at 6 in the evening to eat then fall asleep again at 9+ haha.. what a pig am i...

This morning wake up at 750 to check my result... was able to meet what i have expected but i still hope that i can score better in order to go to the place i have never thought before...

Still very tired now going to have a nap now...

By rite will be off by 2mor but due to buying wrong ticket so i will be off by fri... i really hope that i can change the ticket but til now still no news so it means no chance... tis might be the last time i going in in mar cos next year maybe i might be in attachment so cant be there.. but think will still make time of dec de(no matter what)... this few year have been going there for this period for time... it might seem tiring but is meaningful to me... i did learn something there... but of cos making new friend and also not forgetting the 'old' friend there... really miss the period we are having together...if i would control the time i would turn the time back and pause at the period we are together...

Meet CiEn and Jun Liang to go for the IT fair at 12.30 and they reach at 1+... let me wait for 1/2 hr what a "punctual" people... I have bought a printer(HP), HDD pouch, thumb drive(SanDisk) and a VGA cable... all this thing cost me $152(quite a lot but still manageable)...it was alright at the very beginning, but after 4+ the crowd started to come and i need about 1/2hr to squeeze out from the place where i standing to the escalator(can imagine how was it like)...after that quickly rush home to put all the thing that i have bought before going for the campfire... the printer was very heavy and i have to carry all the way from suntec to cityhall MRT(what a long distance)but lucky didn't caught into the rain:)due to the bad weather we have to move to the hall for the campfire and this is the first time we are having at hall... overall quite OK but maybe i don't really know the junior that why didn't really enjoy myself... stay till about 10.45 then went home...sianz...cos still classes at Sunday so cant stay over nite:(

最近的假期裏，在家放空。。。防空的儅而也看了幾部戯。。。有點啓發，想要分享。。。

第一部戯讓我覺得這世界有時候你相信的人未必是最可靠，看似對你不聞不問的也未必不關心你。。。信任這東西可以很簡單，也可以很複雜，看你信誰比較多。。。不過萬一信錯遭殃的是自己。。。

第二部戯，做人可以很簡單。。。簡單到只要有你在一切問題都不是問題。。。應為有你不孤單。。再堅強的人縂有脆弱的一面，在不起眼的人也有他自己的強項。。。看似普通卻一點也不普通。。。有時候，對方要的只是你簡簡單單的在她身邊。。。但有時卻很難向你開口。。往往儅一個人靜靜的時候才會想想對方的好。。。儅機會來臨時，別錯過，錯了未必有第二次的機會。。。

第三部戯，做人要樂觀沒有什麽事不能解決。。。

第四部也是剛剛看完的。。。我要"謝謝"那介紹我看的人！讓我哭了幾遍，不過很感人。回頭想想自己也不知道爲什麽要哭。。。故事描述：一部灰姑娘式的儿童小说，发表于1887年。英国女孩萨拉克鲁，刚生下来母亲就去世，父亲在印度经营煤矿，十分富有。她被父亲送回伦敦的一所高级住宿学校读书。刚入学时，萨拉就像小公主一样被众人宠爱。不久，噩耗传来，说萨拉的父亲破产身亡，学校里众人对萨拉的态度一下子发生了翻天覆地的变化，将她从原来漂亮的房间赶到寒冷简陋的阁楼上去栖身。然而生性善良乐观萨拉依旧不忘帮助别人，并最终在父亲朋友的帮助。。。

這是一部日本戯，值得大家去看看。。。（小公主）故事不會很長只有10集

在那裏的第一年生涯已經告一個段落了。。。時間過得真的很快，轉眼間一年就這樣的過了。現在可能會休息幾天在做工吧，畢竟這天都在熬夜。。。在針扎，要找新的工作（不容易）還是要作回以前做的(不喜歡）。。。

知道你發生醬大的事，我的心就如一塊大石頭跌了下來。。。很想知道你的一切，很想飛到你身邊看看你怎樣。你知道我有多麽的擔心嗎？身邊沒人陪的感覺不好受吧？放心，雖然我的人不在但精神永遠一直在你的身邊。。。自己一個人在外就要好好照顧自己，要小心不然我會擔心。。。

雖然不常見面但還是會時時刻刻想著你。。。有時候，一個人靜靜的時候。我就會躺在床上想想我們在一起的時候。。。甚至在跑步的時候也有那畫面印在腦裏。。。還記得那時一起約好跑步的大家都很賴床，結果大家還是被我們給拉下床一起到公園跑步。想到你就會勾起我很多回憶，有好笑的，有開心的，有感動的，有我們一切的一切。。。想著想著不經意的傻笑了起來。。。

不管怎樣我會默默為你祈禱。。。加油！

This is about a man who tells how his booking an air ticket for his father, his first flight, brought emotions and made him realize that how much we

all take for granted when it comes to our parents. 'My parents left for our native place on Thursday and we went to the

airport to see them off. In fact, my father had never traveled by air before, so I just took this opportunity to make him experience the same.

In spite of being asked to book tickets by train, I got them tickets on Lufthansa.

The moment I handed over the tickets to him, he was surprised to see that I had booked them by air. The excitement was very apparent on his face,

waiting for the time of travel. Just like a school boy, he was preparing himself on that day and we all went to the airport, right from

using the trolley for his luggage, the baggage check-in and asking for window seat and waiting restlessly for the security check-in to happen.

He was thoroughly enjoying himself and I, too, was overcome with joy watching him experience all these things.

As they were about to go in for the security check-in, he walked up to me with tears in his eyes and thanked me. He became very emotional and it
was
not as if I had done something great but the fact that this meant a great deal to him. When he said thanks, I told him there was no need to thank

me. But later, thinking about the entire incident, I looked back at my life. As a child how many dreams our parents have made come true. Without

understanding the financial situation, we ask for football, dresses, toys, outings, etc. Irrespective of their affordability, they have satisfied

to all our needs. Did we ever think about the sacrifices they had to make to accommodate many of our wishes?

Did we ever say thanks for all that they have done for us? Same way, today when it comes to our children, we always think that we should put them in a good school. Regardless of the amount of donation, we will ensure that we will have to give the child the best, theme parks, toys, etc. But we tend to forget that our parents have sacrificed a lot for our sake to see us happy, so it

is our responsibility to ensure that their dreams are realized and what they failed to see when they were young, it is our responsibility to ensure that they experience all those and their life is complete.

Many times, when my parents had asked me some questions, I have actually answered back without patience. When my daughter asks me something, I have been very polite in answering. Now I realize how they would have

felt at those moments. Let us realize that old age is a second childhood and just as we take care of our children, the same attention and same care need to be given to our parents and elders.

Rather than my dad saying thank you to me, I would want to say sorry for making him wait so long for this small dream. I do realize how much he

has sacrificed for my sake and I will do my best to give the best possible attention to all their wishes. Just because they are old does not mean

that they will have to give up everything and keep sacrificing for their grandchildren also. They have wishes, too.'

Take care of our parents. Don't take them for granted and make them feel small and unwanted in their old age. They too have

feelings/dreams/hope/aspirations/wishes (and many broken/shattered ones) too while sacrificing them to give us our needs and our wants.
